Shipping Policy Your order will be sent out on average within 5-10 business days of ordering.
- International shipping: International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
- Order never arrived: If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know. First, please check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org noting your order number. We’ll see what what we can do to help you.
Return/Refund Policy Please contact us at email@example.com before returning any products. We want to make it right.
- Misprinted/damaged items: The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a misprinted or damaged item. If an order arrives misprinted or damaged, then please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo within a week’s time. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. You have then 2 options: reshipment or a refund – either way, there is no need to return the damaged shirt. Reshipment is free of charge with the same shipping method and refund is incl. the shipping.
- Unsatisfied with items: If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help so please contact us at email@example.com. In general, you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and it needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned purchase. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. You will have to pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Description/Size Our t-shirts feel soft and light, with just the right amount of stretch. They are comfortable and the unisex cut is flattering for both men and women. Relaxed fit, loose but not oversized. 100% combed ring spun cotton. For more details, please check the size guide/chart.
Quality/Production Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. Our inks are eco-friendly, CPSIA-compliant (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act), non-toxic, non-hazardous, and soluble in water. This makes the feel much softer than traditional screen printed shirts, but just as durable. We also make minimizing waste and sourcing eco-friendly packaging materials one of our top priorities. Our poly bags used in our packaging are already recyclable, low-density polyethylene, FDA and USDA compliant.
